Heart failure resulting from chemotherapy for testicular neoplasm: a follow-up on a patient reported 20 years earlier

In 1986 Doll and associates from Phoenix and Nashville reported on 4 patients who developed acute vascular ischemic events after cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy for germ-cell tumor of the testis. Case 1 in their study is the patient described here 20 years later.
