Highly Sensitive C Reactive Protein (hs-CRP)
C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is one of the acute-phase proteins, the serum or plasma levels of which rise during general nonspecific response to infectious and non-infectious inflammatory processes. Hs-CRP has been proven to enhance cardiac risk assessment independently and in conjunction with lipid markers
Department: Neuropharmacology
Methodology: Nephalometric detection
Sample:
• Plasma - 0.5 mL of heparinized plasma
• Serum - 0.5 mL
