When you are in need of a speaker, please have the following information available:
  • Name of your group/organization
  • Date and time of meeting
  • Desired length of presentation
  • Location of meeting and room setup
  • Audiovisual equipment available
  • Audience - who will be attending
  • Number of attendees
  • Topic (if known)
  • Purpose/goals
  • Name, phone number, email and mailing address of contact person
