Office of Patient Safety Objectives
Through its patient safety efforts, the OPS strives to exemplify the four components of the BHCS Circle of Care. Quality Improved patient safety will contribute to a higher quality of health care. Finance Reduction of medical errors will lower the cost of health care delivery. People A culture of safety will increase staff satisfaction and reduce turnover. Service Improved quality of care will enhance patient satisfaction
