Ziad Haydar, MD, is Vice President of Health Care Improvement.
Jean Baker, RN, MA, CPHQ, acts as Corporate Director of Health Care Improvement, overseeing health care improvement initiatives at all BHCS hospitals.
Julie Gunderson, RN, BSN, MM, CPHQ, acts as Corporate Director of Quality Measurement and Improvement and Consulting Services, coordinating systemwide quality improvement and measurement projects with physicians, clinical staff, and quality directors.
Terri Nuss, MS, acts as Corporate Leader of Patient Centeredness, overseeing Service Excellence training at the system and facility levels and disseminating data related to customer service excellence.
BHCS collaborates with other institutions and organizations focused on quality improvement through operational change and research.
