Simmons Transplant Institute integrates the transplant services of Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas and Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth into one of the nation's largest multi-specialty transplant centers. Together, the surgeons and physicians at Baylor have performed more than 11,500 transplant surgeries.

    The abdominal transplant fellowship training program at Baylor University Medical Center was established in 1985 and is accredited by the American Society of Transplant Surgeons to train two fellows annually in liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation.
