The Martha Foster Lung Care Center's physicians include board-certified pulmonologists on the medical staff at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas, supported by a staff of registered respiratory therapists.
The staff has extensive experience in the management of asthma and other breathing disorders, and is recognized both nationally and locally as leaders in respiratory care.
Community
The Martha Foster Lung Care Center's community involvement has led to a close partnership with the Dallas Independent School District. Opportunities include educational symposia for school personnel; an award-winning asthma education video; WAIR, produced for instructors and nurses; and screening and treatment initiatives within district elementary schools that have been published and presented in national forums. These exemplify the seriousness of Baylor's commitment to the community it serves.
