Jennifer M. Thomas, RN, BSN, MS, CCRC, is the director of clinical research for Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth and dermatology, endocrinology and transplant services for the Baylor Health Care System (BHCS). She has worked for BHCS for 13 years specializing in clinical research and the delivery of patient care. Jennifer oversees operations of clinical trials, including management of research managers, research nurses, coordinators and assistants. She oversees staff in all aspects of clinical research projects related to pharmaceutical products and devices.

Ms. Thomas graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and from Walden University with a master’s degree in clinical research administration. She holds a national certification in clinical research through The Association of Clinical Research Professionals.

In 2008 she received the Baylor Health Care System Service Excellence Award, and in 2009 she received the Service Excellence Leadership Award.
