Immunomonitoring Core
The goals of the Immunomonitoring Core Facility
>Monitoring patients irrespective of HLA subtype
>Measuring T cell immunity against antigens whose epitopes are unknown
>Determining type of T cell responses

The following assays are performed by the Immunomonitoring Core Facility
- Flow cytometry
   · Surface/intracellular molecules
   · Tetramer binding assay
   · Intracellular cytokine detection
   · CFSE dilution assay

- ELISA
- ELISPOT
- CTL assay
- EPIMAX (Epitope Maximum): developed at BIIR
