- Abide by all hospital, local and state regulations
- Provide drug management and accountability
- Protocol specific pre-printed orders
- Provide a secure drug storage area with limited access
- Conduct routine quality assurance audits
- 24 hour access to randomization control
- Ongoing staff education and training
- Telephone randomization available
- Promote safe use of investigational drug and reinforce patient protection
- Temperature logs available upon request
- Drug destruction procedure in place
Please note all initiation and monitor pharmacy scheduling is conducted through study coordinator.
