TEC (Team Education Coordinator) Program

 

To further promote and facilitate surgical education, a Team Education Coordinator (TEC) is appointed to each division of surgery. The education coordinator is a faculty member and surgeon the medical staff who follows up with residents in the areas of education, feedback, and evaluations.
