Everyone who is accepted into a residency or fellowship program is required to successfully complete a background review and initial drug screening, which includes testing for the use of nicotine products.  Effective January 1, 2012, Baylor Health Care System and its affiliated entities will not hire individuals who test positive for the use of any nicotine products.
