| Residents are eligible for up to three days paid funeral leave due to the funeral of designated family members. |

| Holidays |
| There are six Baylor-recognized holidays - New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. |

| Sick Leave |
| 3 days paid. |

| Leave of Absence |
| A leave of absence may be granted for family and medical, military or other reasons when warranted and beneficial to both the resident and Baylor. |
