Employees are granted three weeks of vacation (non-cumulative) each year. Baylor also provides the following benefits:

  
 
Funeral Leave
Residents are eligible for up to three days paid funeral leave due to the funeral of designated family members.
 
Holidays
There are five Baylor-recognized holidays - New Year’s Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
 
Sick Leave
Two weeks (14 calendar days, 10 workdays) paid.
 
Leave of Absence
A leave of absence may be granted for family and medical, military or other reasons when warranted and beneficial to both the resident and Baylor.
