How to Apply

The following is a list of application requirements:

Completed Baylor Health Care System On-Line Job Application, Search under keyword "Pharmacy Resident"
Letter of intent stating goals and interests
Curriculum Vitae
Official transcript of all professional pharmacy education
Three letters of reference from members of the pharmacy profession
Personal interview

All application materials must be received no later than January 12, 2008. Our timeline for processing applications, interviewing, and meeting ASHP Match deadlines is as follows:
