    • Three letters of recommendations from members of the pharmacy profession

All application materials must be received no later than January 15, 2010. Our timeline for
processing applications, interviewing, and meeting ASHP Match deadlines follows:
  January 15, 2010 Application materials deadline
  January 31, 2010 Application review completed, applicants notified
  February 2010 On-site interviews conducted
