Baylor University Medical Center Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency

Dear Prospective Residency Candidate:

Thank you for your interest in Baylor University Medical Center’s Pharmacy Practice Residency. Enclosed is some information that you will find helpful regarding our program, hospital benefits, and the application process. The following is a list of application requirements:
  • Completed Baylor Health Care System On-Line Job Application
  • Letter of intent stating goals and interests
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Official transcript of all professional pharmacy education
  • Three letters of reference from members of the pharmacy profession
  • Personal interview
All application materials must be received no later than January 14, 2008. Our timeline for processing applications, interviewing, and meeting ASHP Match deadlines is as follows:
  January 14, 2007 All application materials due
  January 31, 2007 Application review completed; applicants notified
  February 2007 Interviews conducted
  March 7, 2007 Deadline for submission to National Matching Service
  March 19, 2007 Match results received; applicants and sites notified
