| Requirements for Applying |

|
|
• Length of Fellowship: 2 years
• Fellows per year: 2 (2 ASTS approved for Renal and Liver, 1 ASTS approved for Pancreas)
• Prerequisite training (United States Training): completion of surgical residency and board eligibility prior to starting fellowship
• Prerequisite training (Foreign Medical Training): completion of surgical residency and board eligibility prior to starting fellowship
• Completed testing for application: USMLE 1 and 2, ECFMG (if applicable)
• Foreign Medical Trainees will require J1 visa or Green Card upon starting fellowship
