Duties and Responsibilities: Supervision
 
The fellows are closely supervised when they diagnose and manage patients on an outpatient basis; a faculty member is present in the outpatient clinic when patients are being seen.

Fellows also are assisted as needed with procedures, development of management strategies, documentation, and communication with referring physicians, patients and families.
