Duties and Responsibilities: Fellow Evaluation
 
At the conclusion of each rotation, the attending physician and the fellow complete written evaluation forms, which are reviewed by the program director. Dr. Stone meets with each fellow every 3 to 4 months to discuss overall aspects of the program, as well as the performance of the fellow and every attending faculty member he or she has encountered. Fellows also evaluate their attending at the conclusion of each rotation by filling out written forms.
