The Division of Cardiology, part of the department of internal medicine at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) sponsors a three-year fellowship in cardiovascular disease. We also offer PGY-7 positions in interventional cardiology, which is an eighteen month program and electrophysiology, which is a twelve month program.
We currently accept two fellows annually. Fellows who have graduated from the program have gone on to excel in both private practice and academic settings. In the last six years, every fellow from our program passed the cardiology boards.
