Baylor University Medical Center
Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship
How to Apply

To apply for a Baylor University Medical Center cardiovascular disease fellowship, you will first need to register with the match through the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP).

After you register with NRMP, file your application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). It is important that you include your NRMP registration number on the application, together with all other required documentation. We require three letters of recommendation, including one from the chief of internal medicine at your current program and two of your choice, a CV, current photograph, and USMLE transcripts. Steps I & II are required and Step III are desirable. However, we will interview and rank you without Step III scores if that result is not available before our ranking deadline.

After your application is complete, your file will be reviewed and applicants will be selected for an interview. Deadline for receipt of your application is February 15, 2006.

All applications will be received through ERAS only.
