Baylor University Medical Center Surgery Electives
 
Click here to download an application form for the pathology electives. To confirm your elective, we need your completed application form, a signed externship policy form, and a letter from your dean's office stating that you are a medical student in good standing and have malpractice insurance.

After we receive your application, we will do our best to give you your first choice for both dates and rotation, but we are not always able to do so. Please make sure that you are able to come for either of the dates that you choose. Both the medical education department and the residency director will approve your application. We confirm your dates and rotation either in writing or by e-mail as soon as we make the determinations.
